In 2020, the Beers family from Hoogwoud (from garden center De Boet) bought the old Opstap Party Center in the heart of Hoogwoud, to turn it into a vibrant meeting place.

The building, with a rich history, has been completely gutted, rebuilt, and expanded from top to bottom.

There is a Grand Café with a sunny terrace and a cozy bar. There are various party and meeting rooms, and an attractively furnished outdoor area, "De Hofweide," is currently under construction. All rooms have been given an attractive new look and are equipped with the latest technical gadgets in heat, air, light, and sound management.

About twenty clubs, from darts and billiards to dance and theater, will soon have a roof over their heads in De Hooghe Heeren.

At the moment, Kuijpers Bouwbedrijf is putting the finishing touches on the building, and since May 6, you can already enjoy the good life outside on the terrace.
