Geesterduin shopping center completed
Monday April 19, 2021
After several years of demolition, carpentry, and painting, the Geesterduin shopping center in Castricum was recently completed by construction company Tervoort Egmond.
The renovation and revitalization were carried out in various phases so that all shops remained open to shoppers during the construction phase with as little inconvenience as possible.
The entrances and shopping arcades, in particular, have been radically revamped. Extra height has also been added to the passages, allowing for skylights, and wooden trusses have been installed at regular intervals.
This has resulted in a cohesive, modern appearance for the shopping center, ensuring that shoppers and entrepreneurs can enjoy the space for years to come.
We thank the client VvE Geesterduin, RotteveelM4, Tervoort Egmond, PromTeg group, and Berkhout Tros Bouwadviseurs for the pleasant cooperation.
