New build VillaVerde Les Sables d’Olonne, Olonne-sur-Mer (France) 2020
VillaVerde Les Sables d’Olonne, Olonne-sur-Mer (France) 2020
Construction of the new garden center VillaVerde Les Sables d’Olonne was part of a development area of shopping centers, hotels, and housing.
Breddels Architecten designed this new garden center in collaboration with a French architect. The design was tailored to give the building a more garden center-appropriate appearance.
The outdoor sales area was equipped with a covered walkway and façade cladding that complemented the other shopping centers in the area. Due to the varying landscape levels, we were also responsible for creating a parking lot, an entrance area, and surrounding grounds.
This garden center also features a large animal department, a veterinary clinic, and an outdoor area for animals.
